This week I focus on some random, undesirable, issues which may arise in the system and affect water quality… specifically  hard or soft water problems, staining as a result of iron or manganese, and nitrification.

    Ty, good stuff. Any podcasts of yours you recommend I listen to for my D1 test in March. I plan on listening to the remainder ones as well as watch your Water Math DVD I recently received in the mail. Thanks again.

      Thanks JohnPaul, and best of luck on the exam. I would recommend making sure you know all the material on all the podcasts which I mention refer to Distribution exams in the “Start here” video on the “youtube” tab of this site. I know that doesn’t exactly narrow it down for you, but the truth is that you never know exactly what you are going to get on your exam, so you have to prepare for everything.
